Reservation Policy

  • Our occupancy policy is strict. No more than two adult guests may stay in a unit at one time. Two adults and up to two children may share a Studio and One-Bedroom unit, provided that both children are under the age of 13. Two adults may share a Mini Studio. A roll-away bed is available upon request. You must note whether you'll need a roll-away bed at the time of booking.  

  • There's a 2-night minimum stay.

  • Check-in anytime after 3 PM. If you're arriving after 4 PM, please make note of it during the booking process or contact our office. You will be provided access to a lockbox containing your room key. The lockbox's entry code will be emailed to you.

 

  • Check-out time is 11 AM. There is an additional fee for late check-outs. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange for a late check-out.  

  • Our rooms do not have televisions. Upon request, we can set you up with an Amazon Echo Show 8-inch media player, which will give you access to Amazon's streaming platform along with Hulu + Live TV, with over 60 live and on-demand channels. For $8/day, the media player can be reserved from our front desk during office hours.

  • You must be an adult, at least 18 years of age or older, to book a room.

Cleaning Policy

Housekeeping services are limited. Our goal is to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and the safety of all guests while respecting their privacy and minimizing interruptions.

 

Provided for you: An initial supply of paper products for the kitchen and bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, a set of 4 bath towels, and 2 beach towels. These items can be restocked at any time upon request. 

For stays of any duration, the following housekeeping services are available upon request: Light cleaning of bedroom and bathroom areas; emptying trash bins; replenishing toiletries; making the bed with fresh linens; vacuuming or sweeping floors; dusting and wiping down surfaces.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are a no-show and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the cost your entire stay. If you cancel your reservation on the day of check-in, you will also be charged for the cost of your entire stay. 

  • To receive a refund of your room deposit, you must cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your check-in date. 

 

  • For group bookings of 3 or 4 rooms, you must cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your check-in date. For large group bookings of 5 of more rooms, you must cancel your reservation 90 days prior to your check-in date.

  • All cancellation refunds will be subject to a $20.83 credit card processing fee per room cancelled.
