Reservation Policy

  • Our occupancy policy is strict. No more than two adult guests may stay in a unit at one time. Two adults and up to two children may share a Studio and One-Bedroom unit, provided that both children are under the age of 13. Two adults and one child may share a Mini Studio, provided that the child is under the age of 13. A roll-away bed is available upon request. You must note whether you'll need a roll-away bed at the time of booking.  

  • There's a 3-night minimum stay.

  • Check-in anytime after 3 PM. If you're arriving after 5 PM, please make note of it during the booking process or contact our office. After-hour check-ins will be provided access to a lockbox containing your room key.  The entry code will be the last four digits of your confirmation number.

 

  • Check-out time is 11 AM. There is an additional fee for late check-outs. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange for a late check-out.  

  • At the time of booking, we collect a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of your booking. The deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation within the time period set forth below.

  • Our rooms do not have televisions. Upon request, we can set you up with an Amazon Echo Show 8-inch media player, which will give you access to Amazon's streaming platform along with Hulu + Live TV, with over 60 live and on-demand channels. For $8/day, the media player can be reserved at the time of booking or from our front desk during office hours.

  • You must be an adult, at least 18 years of age or older, to book a room.

Cleaning Policy

To minimize contact between our staff and guests, housekeeping services are limited. Provided for you - an initial supply of paper products for the kitchen and bathroom,  shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, a set of 4 bath towels, and 2 beach towels. We do  not replenish these items, so please plan accordingly. Housekeeping is not available. The cost of a mid-stay clean is $100. To schedule a  mid-stay clean, please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance.

All bookings are subject to a departure cleaning fee. We use a professional cleaning service, and before the cleaning team even enters a room, it is ventilated for at least a day. It is our policy not to book any rooms back-to-back. The cost is $155.00 and is subject to change should the COVID-19 pandemic result in additional cleaning measures.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are a no-show and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged for your entire stay. 

  • To receive a refund of your room deposit, you must cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your check-in date.

 

  • For group bookings of 3 or 4 rooms, you must cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your check-in date. For large group bookings of 5 of more rooms, you must cancel your reservation 90 days prior to your check-in date.

  • All cancellation refunds will be subject to a $20.00 credit card processing fee.

COVID-19-Related Travel Disruptions

  • If your arrival is delayed due to a lag in testing results, you won't be charged for any nights missed.

  • If you are suddenly unable to travel due to a positive COVID-19 test result, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation fees will be waived for reservations made through an online travel agency like Booking.com. We will ask that you provide evidence of a positive COVID-19 test that prevents you or someone in your party from traveling.  

Extended Stays & Group Bookings

We know many of our guests consider Nāpili Village to be their home away from home. That's why we're happy to provide a discount on extended stays! If your booking is between 10 and 27 nights, you'll save 5% on your nightly rate for the entire length of your stay. For stays longer than 28 nights, you'll save 10%. The discount is automatically applied at the time of booking, with any seasonal adjustments factored in. 

We welcome group bookings, and we can remove the lanai partitions between rooms to create a shared outdoor space for you and your fellow guests. For bookings of multiple units, please email info@napilivillagehotel.com, and our General Manager can help to coordinate the location of your rooms.
